WARNING: Lance Armstrong of Raymond James BARRED

INVESTOR ALERT! Lance Armstrong of Raymond James in Columbia, NJ

Lance Armstrong, formerly with Raymond James Financial Services, Barred from Securities Industry

Have you lost money with financial advisor Lance Roman Armstrong from Columbia, New Jersey?  We are looking into allegations made by FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) against Lance  Armstrong. FINRA barred him from the securities industry after he failed to respond to an investigation.  He was being investigated regarding allegations that he borrowed money from customers for an undisclosed outside business activity.

Lance Armstrong was a registered representative and financial advisor with Raymond James Financial Services from 2007 to February 2019.  He worked out of a branch office in Columbia, New Jersey.  Armstrong was also terminated by Raymond James regarding these allegations.

Broker-dealers like Raymond James Financial Services have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm, including investments sold by their registered representatives.  Broker-dealers also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations.  When broker-dealers fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
