Have you lost money with financial advisor Kyle Wittgren of Frisco, Texas?  We are looking into allegations made by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, against Kyle Wittgren.  FINRA has barred Wittgren from the securities industry after he failed to respond to an investigation.  Wittgren was permitted to resign by his former brokerage firm, NY Life Securities, regarding allegations that he signed clients’ names, without their knowledge or authorization, to annuity applications.

Kyle Wittgren was a financial advisor and registered representative of NYLife Securities from April 2016 to April 2021.  He worked at a branch office in Frisco, Texas.

Brokerage firms like NYLife Securities have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
