INVESTOR ALERT! Susan Welo

INVESTIGATION NOTICE: Advisor David Gray of Denver, Colorado

Have you lost money with financial advisor David Gray of Denver, Colorado?  We are investigating allegations made by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), against David R. Gray II. The SEC was investigating allegations that Gray stole money from an elderly customer.

According to the SEC’s complaint, David R. Gray II recently pled guilty to theft from an at-risk victim (meaning either an elderly or disabled victim) in Jefferson County, Colorado.  He was sentenced to serve eight years in prison and ordered to pay restitution of $263,418.   However, many criminals who are convicted of theft or fraud rarely satisfy their restitution orders.

David Gray was a licensed investment advisor with Cambridge Investment Research from 1999 to August 2013.  He worked at a branch office in Greenwood Village, Colorado.  He was eventually fired by Cambridge for these allegations, and he was also the subject of a customer complaint regarding the same.
