Bryce Jenney, with Raymond James & Associates, Barred by FINRA

Have you lost money with financial advisor Bryce Jenney?  We are continuing to look into allegations made about Bryce Patrick Jenney from Nashville, Tennessee.  FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) barred Jenney from the securities industry.  FINRA alleges that Jenney has failed to respond to its investigation, regarding allegations that he sold investments that were not approved by his former brokerage firm, Raymond James & Associates.

Bryce Jenney was a financial advisor and registered representative of Raymond James & Associates from January 2018 to October 2018.  Jenney was also affiliated with Morgan Stanley from December 2015 to January 2018.  He worked in a branch office in Nashville, Tennessee. 

Brokerage firms like Raymond James & Associates have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
