Robert Heath of Highlands Rach, Colorado
Have you lost money with financial advisor Robert Heath of Highlands Ranch and Colorado Springs, Colorado? We are investigating allegations made by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, against Robert E. Heath. FINRA was investigating Heath regarding allegations that he borrowed money from a customer, in violation of FINRA rules.
According to the FINRA’s complaint, Heath borrowed $7,500 from a customer in July 2012. FINRA rules generally do not allow financial advisors to borrow money, with exceptions in limited circumstances. It was also alleged that his brokerage firm at the time, AXA Advisors, prohibited its brokers from borrowing from customers. To settle these allegations, Heath agreed to accept a three-month suspension from the securities industry, a $5,000 fine, and agreed to pay back the $7,500, plus interest.
Robert Heath was a licensed investment advisor with AXA Advisors LLC from December 2008 to December 2012. He was later affiliated with Presidential Brokerage Inc. from December 2012 to September 2015. He worked at branch offices in Highlands Ranch and Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was eventually fired by Presidential Brokerage after these allegations surfaced.
