Investment losses with Jeffrey Dampf of PFS Investments in Totowa

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

Have you lost money with financial advisor Wesley J. Evans of Seattle, Washington?  We are looking into allegations made against Wesley Evans.  FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, barred Wesley Evans from the securities industry.  Evans was alleged to have stolen about $15,000 from two elderly customers of his bank, J.P. Morgan Chase.  Evans was also the subject of a complaint by the Washington Securities Division.

Wesley Evans was a representative of J.P. Morgan Securities, LLC from April 2016 to May 2020.  He worked at a branch office in Seattle, Washington.

Morgan Securities have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
