Terry Tzagarakis, formerly with Spartan Capital Securities, Suspended by FINRA for Three Months

FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) suspended Terry Tzagarakis from the securities industry for three months and ordered a $5,000 fine. Terry Tzagarakis was a financial advisor and registered representative of Spartan Capital Securities from October 2017 to September 2019. He worked in a branch office in New York, New York. Tzagarakis has also been the subject of six customer complaints, including one filed in 2018. The 2018 complaint alleges over $6 million in damages from unsuitable investments and excessive trading (or churning).
