INVESTOR WARNING! Randolph George of Ameriprise BARRED

INVESTOR ALERT! Charles Stevens of D.H. Hill Securities in Humble, TX

Randolph George, formerly with Ameriprise Financial Services, Barred By Colorado

The Law Firm of Israels & Neuman is investigating allegations made  against Randolph William George Jr. (Randy George) of Castle Rock, Colorado. The Colorado Securities Division barred Randolph George  from the securities industry.  Colorado alleged that George had referred an investor to a third-party lender for a $1.7 million loan to purchase a club house at the Plum Creek Golf Club in Castle Rock, Colorado.  George allegedly told the investor that there was “no risk”, and he failed to disclose these activities to his former brokerage firm, Ameriprise Financial Services.

Randolph George was a financial advisor and registered representative of Ameriprise Financial Services from October 2015 to August 2018.  He worked at a branch office in Castle Rock, Colorado.  George was also terminated by Ameriprise Financial Services during its internal investigation of him.

Brokerage firms like Ameriprise Financial Services have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.

Israels & Neuman PLC is a securities and investment fraud law firm with offices in Denver, Colorado; and Seattle, Washington.  We represent investors in FINRA arbitration proceedings in all 50 states, including investors throughout Colorado.  Attorney Aaron Israels is licensed to practice law in Colorado and can set up in-person meetings with Colorado investors.  Our attorneys have recovered millions of dollars for investors against many brokerage firms in the past, including Ameriprise Financial Services.
