Matthew Muratori, formerly with Pruco Securities, Barred by FINRA

Have you lost money with financial advisor Matthew Muratori?  We are looking into allegations made about Matthew V. Muratori from Tampa, Florida.  FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) barred Muratori from the securities industry.  FINRA alleged that Muratori has failed to respond to its investigation regarding allegations that he converted money from a senior customer’s account.

Matthew Muratori was a financial advisor and registered representative of Pruco Securities from March 2018 to December 2019.  He also was affiliated with Foresters Financial Services from October 2017 to March 2018.  Hhe worked in a branch office in Tampa, Florida. 

Brokerage firms like Pruco Securities have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
