Have you lost money with financial advisor Marshall Owen Isaacson?  We are looking into allegations made about Marshall Isaacson from Boca Raton, Florida.  FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) barred Isaacson from the securities industry.  FINRA alleged that Isaacson has failed to respond to its investigation regarding allegations that he made unsuitable investment recommendations.

Marshall Isaacson was a financial advisor and registered representative of Newbridge Securities Corp. from June 2016 to May 2019.  He worked in a branch office in Boca Raton, Florida.  Isaacson has been the subject of six customer complaints, including complaints about selling stocks, including over-the-counter or OTC stocks, and alternative real estate investments like TICs (tenant in common interests).

Brokerage firms like Newbridge Securities Corp. have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
