Losses with Christopher Passero of Money Concepts Capital in Hurricane, W. Virginia

Have you lost money with financial advisor Keith Holcomb from Pawtucket, Rhode Island?  We are looking into allegations made by FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) against Keith Holcomb. FINRA suspended him from the securities industry for six months and fined him $7,500.  Holcomb was being investigated regarding allegations that he borrowed over $30,000 from a customer and did not pay the customer back. 

Keith Holcomb was a registered representative and financial advisor with MML Investors Services from September 2015 to June 2017.  He was also affiliated with Cambridge Investment Research from September 2017 to May 2019.  He worked out of a branch office in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.  Holcomb has also been the subject of one customer complaint.

Broker-dealers like MML Investors Services have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm, including investments sold by their registered representatives.  Broker-dealers also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations.  When broker-dealers fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
