Kari Bracy, formerly with NYLife Securities, Barred from Securities Industry

Have you lost money with financial advisor Kari Bracy of Jacksonville Beach, Florida?  We are investigating allegations made by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, against Kari M. Bracy.  FINRA barred Bracy from the securities industry after she failed to respond to a FINRA investigation.  FINRA was investigating Bracy after she allegedly sold investments in Future Income Payments (FIP) without disclosing it to her brokerage firm, NY Life Securities.

Kari Bracy was a financial advisor and registered representative of NYLife Securities from 2009 to January 2019.  She worked at a branch office in Jacksonville Beach, Florida.  Bracy was also affiliated with Wahby Financial Group and Mahoney Financial Organization.

Brokerage firms like NYLife Securities have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
