Jimmy Moscoso, formerly with Lincoln Financial Advisors, Barred from the Securities Industry

Have you lost money with financial advisor Jimmy Moscoso of Boca Raton, Florida?  We are investigating allegations made by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, against Jimmy O. Moscoso. FINRA barred Moscoso from the securities industry regarding allegations that he misappropriated $20,000 from an elderly customer.  After the conduct was discovered, his former brokerage firm Lincoln Financial Advisors reimbursed the customer, and Moscoso reimbursed Lincoln Financial Advisors.

Jimmy Moscoso was a financial advisor and registered representative of Lincoln Financial Advisors from March 2015 to January 2018.  He worked at a branch office in Boca Raton, Florida.  Moscoso also previously filed for bankruptcy in 2008.
