WARNING! Investigation of FRANK BRISENO of FSC Securities – Metairie, LA

INVESTOR ALERT! Arthur Hoffman of Ameriprise Financial in Glendale, AZ

The Law Firm of Israels & Neuman Investigates Frank Briseno of FSC Securities Corp. in Metairie, LA

Have you lost money with financial advisor Frank Briseno of FSC Securities Corp. in Metairie, Louisiana?  The Law firm of Israels & Neuman is investigating allegations of former customers related to Frank Briseno III.  Frank Briseno has been the subject of a customer complaint filed with FINRA arbitration.  The Complaint alleges an unsuitable recommendation to cash out an AT&T pension and take a lump sum payment instead.  Briseno then recommended that the customer invest in illiquid alternative investments like Cole Credit Property, American Finance Trust, Phillips Edison, and Behringer Harvard (many of which are REITs, or real estate investment trusts).

Frank Briseno III is a registered representative of FSC Securities Corp. from 2004 to the present.  He worked at a branch office in Metairie, Louisiana.

Brokerage firms like FSC Securities Corp. have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.

Israels & Neuman PLC is a securities and investment fraud law firm with offices in Denver, Colorado; Seattle, Washington; Ann Arbor, Michigan; and Phoenix, Arizona.  We represent investors in FINRA arbitration proceedings in all 50 states, including investors in Louisiana and the New Orleans area.
