Have you lost money with financial advisor Forrest A. Jones of Montgomery, Texas? We are looking into allegations made against Forrest A. Jones. The Securities and Exchange Commission filed a complaint against Jones and two other individuals. Forrest Jones was alleged to have raised $3.7 million in at least five fraudulent securities offerings. Some of these offerings include Knight Nguyen Investments, a gold refinery in Lebanon, a consulting company based in Florida, a biosciences company, and a graphic tools company.
Forrest Jones was a representative of Fortune Financial Services from May 2018 to November 2018. He was also with Merrill Lynch from December 2018 to November 2020. He worked at a branch office in Montgomery, Texas. Jones has been the subject of at least one customer complaint.
