Devin Wicker was a financial advisor and registered representative of Bonwick Capital Partners from June 2012 to December 2016.  He was also with Tribal Capital Markets from July 2016 to May 2017, and with JVB Financial Group from November 2017 to September 2018.  He worked at a branch office in New York, New York.  Wicker has also been the subject of one customer complaint.

Brokerage firms like Bonwick Capital Partners have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
