Cornelius Peterson, formerly with Morgan Stanley, Barred by SEC

The SEC alleged that Peterson pleaded guilty to one count of investment adviser fraud before the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Cornelius Peterson was a financial advisor and registered representative of Morgan Stanley from August 2011 to July 2017. He worked at a branch office in Boston, Massachusetts. Peterson was also previously suspended by FINRA for failing to respond to an investigation.
