Conrad Coggeshall, formerly with Packerland Brokerage Services, Subject of Arizona Complaint
Have you lost money with financial advisor Conrad Coggeshall of Scottsdale, Arizona? We are investigating allegations made the Arizona Corporation Commission against Coggeshall. Arizona alleged that Coggeshall raised funds for investments in Business Owners Tax Relief (BOTR) but really used investor funds for personal expenses.
Coggeshall was previously the subject of a complaint by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The SEC alleged that Coggeshall raised funds from investors for a company called BOTR, LLC. The company allegedly was successful in mergers and acquisitions, but in reality, BOTR (or Business Owners Tax Relief) was a company owned by Coggeshall and had no involvement in mergers and acquisitions. Instead, the SEC alleged that Coggeshall used investor funds for personal expenses and to trade securities, which suffered substantial losses.
Conrad A. Coggeshall was a financial advisor and registered representative of Packerland Brokerage Services from June 2015 to January 2018. He worked at branch offices in Scottsdale, Arizona. Besides owning Business Owners Tax Relief, Coggeshall also owned and operated Arrowhead Wealth Management.
