INVESTOR ALERT! Recover Losses Due to BENJAMIN LOWDER of Metlife Securities

Investor Alert: Jeffrey Nimmow, Woodbridge investments, Forest Securities in Merrimac, WI Wisconsin

Benjamin Lowder, formerly with Metlife Securities, Barred from Securities Industry

Have you lost money with financial advisor Benjamin Lowder from Charlotte, North Carolina?  We are looking into allegations made by FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) against Benjamin B. Lowder, Jr. FINRA barred Lowder from the securities industry after he failed to respond to an investigation.  Lowder was being investigated after he was the subject of numerous customer complaints.  The complaints allege that Lowder was involved in Rick Siskey’s Ponzi scheme.  Siskey was alleged to have sold fraudulent investments in TSI Holdings, SouthPark Partners, WSC Holdings, and Sharon Road Properties.

Benjamin Lowder was a registered representative and financial advisor with Metlife Securities from 2000 to February 2017.  He worked out of a branch office in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Broker-dealers like Metlife Securities have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm, including investments sold by their registered representatives.  Broker-dealers also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations.  When broker-dealers fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.

Israels & Neuman PLC is a securities and investment fraud law firm with offices in Phoenix, Arizona; Denver, Colorado; Seattle, Washington; Portland, Oregon and Ann Arbor, Michigan.  We represent investors in FINRA arbitration proceedings in all 50 states, including investors in North Carolina.  Our attorneys have represented over one thousand investors against many brokerage firms in the past.
