Losses with Michele Boyer of Concorde Investment in Parker, CO

Have you lost money investing with Michele Boyer? We are investigating allegations made by against Michele Boyer, former representative of Concorde Investment Services.  The Colorado Securities Division sought to punish Michele Boyer.  Colorado alleged that Boyer failed to properly disclose her involvement in a real estate investment.  To settle these allegations, Boyer agreed not to apply as an investment adviser representative for two years.

Michele Boyer was a financial advisor and registered representative of Concorde Investment Services from January 2014 to September 2016.  She worked at a branch office Parker, Colorado.  Boyer has also been the subject of one customer complaint, alleging an unsuitable investment in a real estate investment trust (or REIT).

Brokerage firms like Concorde Investment Services have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
