Eddy Blizzard was a financial advisor and registered representative of SunTrust Investment Services from June 2014 to August 2017. He was also affiliated with M&T Securities from 2003 to May 2014. Eddy Blizzard worked at a branch office in Baltimore, Maryland.
Brokerage firms like SunTrust Investment Services and M&T Securities have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm. Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.
