Have you lost money investing in private placements through Dalmore Group? We are currently investigating allegations made against Dalmore Group LLC, a Woodmere, New York-based securities brokerage firm. FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) brought a regulatory action against the firm, making allegations that it failed to perform adequate due diligence on two private placements sold between March 2017 and December 2018. In particular, FINRA alleged that Dalmore Group failed to review any business plans or models, prospects for the industry, any existing or potential regulatory restrictions, and the competitive position of the issuer.
