Investor Alert: Corbin Lambert of Securities America in Omaha, NE

Corbin Lambert, with Securities America, Subject of SEC Complaint for Defrauding Investors

Have you lost money with financial advisor Corbin L. Lambert from Omaha, Nebraska?  We are looking into allegations made by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) against Corbin Lambert. The SEC alleged that Lambert engaged in a “cherry-picking” scheme with his advisory firm Continuum Financial.

The SEC alleged that Lambert placed options trade in Continuum Financial’s omnibus account to facilitate trades for multiple client accounts.  After observing the trades the next day, Lambert picked the profitable trades to be allocated to Continuum Financial’s account, while picking the unprofitable trades for his clients’ accounts.

Corbin Lambert was a registered representative with Securities America from October 2015 to the present.  He was also with Continuum Financial from June 2015 to the present.  He worked out of an office in Omaha, Nebraska.
