Roger Duval, formerly with MetLife Securities, Barred by FINRA
Have you lost money with financial advisor Roger Duval of Spokane, Washington? We are continuing to look into allegations made against Roger Duval. FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) barred Duval from the securities industry regarding allegations that he stole or converted $130,000 from customers’ accounts.
In 2019, the Washington Securities Division alleged that Duval made unauthorized withdrawals from customers’ accounts. Washington also alleged that Duval solicited loans from his customers, and that he solicited investors to invest in his company called Retirement Base Camp. Duval’s conduct violated industry rules and likely internal policies of his former brokerage firms, which included MetLife Securities (now MSI Financial), MML Investors Services, and Pruco Securities.
Roger Allan Duval was a financial advisor and registered representative of MetLife Securities (MSI Financial) from November 2007 to March 2017. He was also affiliated with MML Investors Services from March 2017 to September 2018, and with Pruco Securities from September 2018 to May 2019. He worked at branch offices in Spokane and Liberty Lake, Washington. He has been the subject of at least four judgments or liens.
