Linda Jay, formerly with Pruco Securities, Barred from Securities Industry

Jay. FINRA barred Linda Jay from the securities industry after she failed to respond to an investigation. Jay was being investigated regarding allegations that she submitted false documentation to her brokerage firm, Pruco Securities.
Linda Jay was a registered representative and financial advisor with Pruco Securities from 2008 to November 2018. She worked out of a branch office in East Brunswick, New Jersey. Jay was also terminated by Pruco Securities regarding these allegations.
Broker-dealers like Pruco Securities have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm, including investments sold by their registered representatives. Broker-dealers also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations.
