WARNING: Investigation of ROBERT PACHCIARZ – Naperville, IL

INVESTOR ALERT! Michael Reither of First Allied Securities in St. Louis, MO

Robert Pachciarz, previously with J.P. Morgan Securities, Suspended by FINRA

Have you lost money with financial advisor Robert Pachciarz?  We are investigating allegations made about Robert Patrick Pachciarz from Naperville, Illinois.  FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) suspended Pachciarz from the securities industry for six months and fined him $5,000.   FINRA was investigating Pachciarz regarding allegations that he engaged in private securities transactions while he was affiliated with J.P. Morgan Securities.  He was alleged to have referred an investor to a $500,000 investment in a private company.

Robert Patrick Pachciarz (CRD # 5337955) was a financial advisor and registered representative of J.P. Morgan Securities from October 2012 to September 2018.  He worked in branch offices in Naperville and Romeoville, Illinois.

Brokerage firms like J.P. Morgan Securities have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.

Israels & Neuman PLC is a securities and investment fraud law firm with offices in Denver, Colorado; Seattle, Washington; and Phoenix, Arizona.  We represent investors in FINRA arbitration proceedings in all 50 states, including Illinois and throughout the Chicagoland area.  Our attorneys have represented over one thousand investors against many brokerage firms in the past, including against J.P. Morgan Securities.
