BRADLEY LATTING of State Farm VP Management BARRED

Investor Alert! Dennis Nakamura of McNally Financial in Moraga, CA

Have you lost money with financial advisor Bradley Latting of Lawton, Oklahoma?

We are continuing our investigation into allegations by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) against Bradley Allen Latting.  Latting was barred from the securities industry by FINRA for failing to respond to an investigation.  FINRA was investigating Latting for allegedly converting or commingling funds belonging to his elderly customer while serving as her power of attorney.

Latting was previously the subject of a claim filed by the Oklahoma Securities Commission. Oklahoma seeks to bar Latting from the securities industry, regarding allegations that Latting obtained power-of-attorney over an 88-year old insurance customer, transferred $135,000 of her funds without the customer’s knowledge, and admittedly commingled the funds for his own purposes before paying them back.

Bradley Latting was a financial advisor and registered representative of State Farm VP Management from 2004 to February 2018.  He worked at a branch office in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Brokerage firms like State Farm VP Management have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.  Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.  When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.

Israels & Neuman PLC is a securities and investment fraud law firm with offices in Denver, Colorado and Seattle, Washington.  We represent investors in FINRA arbitration proceedings in all 50 states, including investors throughout Oklahoma.  Our attorneys have represented over one thousand investors against many brokerage firms in the past.
